God this place is terrible, always has been under every management, I went in yesterday to get my prescription and wouldn't even take cash and actually refused to give me what I needed, absolutely ridiculous.

Rubbish service, I rang in the morning to see if my prescription had arrived, yes they said, you can pick it after 1 o'clock. Went to pick it up in the afternoon, sorry one of your items we don't have in stock. Why did you not tell me that befor I made the 25 mile round trip!
Well we can't ring everybody was the reply!!!!

Better off going to Boots. I had to take a prescription in for Antibiotics that was really important that I started taking them immediately (Boots had closed by the time my Dr appointment had ended). Lloyds Pharmacy was full of people complaining about various things. Loss of prescriptions being the main one. When I finally got to the counter, I was told it would take at least a week for the prescription to be made up. The older pharmacist came over took the prescription out of the assistants hand and made it up immediately. The counter staff are literally making the Pharmacists jobs more difficult than they already are.

Went to collect a prescription I took in 2 weeks ago to be told that I hadn't dropped anything off and there was no collection for me. They said it must have been misplaced by staff. Great a document with personal details on. I told them it was medication for diabetes to which I was told "we don't carry that, get another prescription from the doctors and take it to another pharmacy ". Funny how they knew what the medication was as I had never told them. Disgusting attitude and rude

Absolutely terrible service.
I submitted my repeat Prescription a week ago. I didn't get any notification to say it's ready. I called several times to check and no one answered.
I decided to leave work early to go and collect my Prescription, only to find there is no Pharmacist and they don't know when they will have one!
They cannot cancel my Prescription to send it to another Pharmacy, so I'm left without critical medication.
This is not acceptable service.

Terrible service completely unhelpful and uninterested, went out of there way to be awkward and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in front of other shoppers, by contrast I went to boots and had a great experience where pharmacist was helpful and resolved my problem quickly, easily and with dignity and respect…. What a disgrace this pharmacy is….. Avoid at all costs, see other reviews that have been posted recently and stay away!!! Lloyds Pharmacy this is an embarrassment to you, your Area Manager needs to spend time retraining the staff here…. You can do better than this!!!!

Very poor service & also lie to you. Rang today to see if they had my prescription was told they hadn’t, rang surgery was told it was with Lloyds. Rang them back to be told “they had got it but would not be ready till Monday,” but I needed tablets for the weekend. Was then told I could pick up my prescription and take it elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous. They did eventually say I could have it today after a lot arguing but not till after 6 !!!

Unhelpful, my prescription had not been sent over ( not the dispensers fault) but the attitude and the way I was spoken to because I wanted them to check the system or issue an emergency prescription was disgusting. Told I would be thrown out of the shop if I was to continue to be awkward (stressing I had no meds, not my fault!) I know that they can issue an emergency prescription as I have had it before the last time the same mistake was made. Saturday 12pm16th July 2022

Just awful. Slow to get the prescriptions. Always forget something off the prescription. The most annoying thing is I dropped my slip off 7 days ago and they still tell me to wait because they don’t have the thing I need
