Excellent customer service. I have purchased previously from Avanti but on this occasion I bought a diamond and sapphire ring. The person serving me and the owner of the business sat with us for quite a while answering questions so I could purchase with confidence. When I decided a week later that my ring needed to be reduced in size it only took a phone call to say I was coming and it was dealt with immediately.

I got my engagement ring from Avanti and it was absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Jo was extremely friendly, helpful and patient with me each visit in store and with her emails. Nothing was too much trouble and all information I wanted and needed was there for me to make the important decision which was backed up with my now fiance saying 'yes' and loving the ring which fit perfectly. The gift bag with fizz, chocs, candles and more was the cherry on the cake! Alan (the owner) was also involved on 2 visits to the store and was really friendly, helpful and informative too! Thank you so so much for everything! We'll be back to get our wedding rings!!

I had a problem with my card doing an online order. The team emailed me to see if I still wanted the earrings and reserved them for me until my new card arrived. I managed to place the order a week or so later and received the earrings the next working day. They were just as described and just what I wanted, lovely! Thanks to all the team for helping me out! We have been using Avanti for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is always impeccable and the staff are incredibly helpful. Even though we no longer live locally we travel to visit the shop!

A total pleasure to deal with the business. All the staff were friendly and responsive. We wanted an opinion on 2 items and were interested in looking at possible rings. We were successful in all our pursuits with one item sold, one item accepted for sale on a commission basis and a very satisfactory transaction to purchase a ring. Not only that but the purchased ring required sizing and this was accomplished within an hour and a half of our purchase meaning we avoid a second trip to collect it. Cannot recommend them more highly. We weren't rushed and were given plenty of time to consider all our options.

I took my engagement ring in to be re-sized and the lady who helped me was brilliant. The service was very personalised as she asked me a few questions to get the size right. It was done within a few hours and they called me as soon as it was ready to pick up. They also cleaned and polished it for me free of charge. They said that they try and get engagement rings done as soon as possible and I was really grateful that I didn’t have to wait very long to have it back.

I ordered a lovely pair of earrings from Avanti Jewellers as a present for my sister. I was that impressed with the quality and service that I decided I wanted to order the same pair for myself. When I attempted to reorder the earrings were out of stock so I emailed Avanti Jewellers and they responded immediately and informed that more stock was due to arrive, they updated their website so that I could request to receive an email from them when the earrings were back in stock. As soon as the earrings were in stock I received an email, ordered them and received them within a couple of days.
