Found through google search, contacted via email and received quick friendly response from Nick arranging a date. We needed our Wifi coverage improving as we live in a Barn conversion we have thick walls with lots of foil insulation so we had Wifi dead spots inside the property and not reaching outside the property at all. Nick sorted us out perfectly we great coverage now. Highly recommend Landline Telecom.

After moving house, and deciding that installing a network point would be better left to a professional, I came across Nick at Landline Telecom after searching Google and noticed his 5-star reviews, so I emailed him with some details asking for a rough price to carry out some CAT6 network installation at our soon-to-be new home. Nick replied with a detailed response and a ball-park quote, but recommended coming round when we had moved in, which was reassuring - many places now are happy to give out quotes like they are chocolate bars, then either rush the job to save them money or try and get more money out of you if it takes longer than anticipated. So we moved in and I contacted Nick and he popped round to give us a proper estimate, which was very reasonable. On the day of installation, Nick came round during the time window he stated and was very thorough and professional during his time here. Not only was the installation flawlessly done, he also spent some time tidying up the existing cables / coax outside our property to ensure a neat and tidy finish. We now have a CAT6 network connection between our router - based in the living room - and our home office upstairs, which has significantly boosted the data transfer rates, but also helped stabilise our Synology mesh network via a wired backhaul (as opposed to a wireless one, which kept dropping due to the bandwidth requirements). Nick was one professional who we were happy to overpay for the work he carried out, as we felt it was worth doing and would definitely recommend him for anybody looking at something similar. And we would definitely go back to Nick for any additional wired network requirements in the future.
