Was not impressed with the prices £35 to go 15min away Uber price £11.20🤫

First time using this firm when visiting a mates wedding. Excellent timing for going and returning from the venue. I would highly recommend using them

Waste of a phone call! 1 hour wait & well expensive!

I pre booked this taxi service over a week in advance for a drop off and then a pick up from a wedding. The drop off was completely fine however they did not turn up for the pick up. This left me stranded at an empty wedding venue till 1am in the morning. I rang the company to no answer.

Local taxi company that we have been using for years. Just getting round to reviewing them now. Nice guys, clean safe cars. Always try to be as accommodating as they can even when it’s busy. Love our chats, these guys always know what’s going on locally. 😀 Highly recommended, either if you are local or staying on one of the the local campsites.

Would definitely not recommend. We were charged £10 for a 1.8 mile journey with no meter running. We asked the driver if we could pre-order a taxi to pick us up to take us home for them not to turn up. I rang and asked where they were and was told it would be an additional £10 charge for the 1.8 mile journey home. Extortionate!

I was charged £35 for a 7 mile journey, did not tell us the price when we asked Muhammad Saleem up front. He was very rude when we asked him to justify his pricing. I would never use this firm and our hotel were staggered when we told them of our experience. Please do not use this firm.

Left stranded in the middle of nowhere. I booked a taxi to pick us up from tissington hall at 11.30pm, we had been at a wedding. They never showed up, I called them and they said they had no record of our booking, but I spoke to a taxi driver, a brummie, in the afternoon and he confirmed the booking.. we were left stranded 10 miles from our hotel. I wouldn't recommend

Arrived ten minutes late for a journey booked over 24 hours in advance. Not a word of explanation or apology. Given that we had a train to catch the wait caused us a lot of unnecessary stress wondering if we were going to have to scramble to find another way of getting to the station. Not recommended.

Excellent service with polite, friendly drivers, always on time. Lady on the phone also very friendly and helpful. No racing about throwing you around the car like others I've had the misfortune to use when returning from hospital with an elderly friend. Used on several occasions, will always be my first choice.
